Our beef does NOT come from an industrial farming operation that churns out "uniform" cuts of beef like a finely tuned factory. What we sell is high quality, 100% grass fed and grass finished beef that comes from local Georgia ranchers who raise their cattle in pasture from beginning to end.

Right now, we have Grass-fed Beef in stock that comes from Shorthorn cattle. It has been dry aged between 14 - 17 days to maximize tenderness and flavor.
- Ribeyes are bone in ribeyes and range from 12 - 18 oz.
- NY Strip steaks weigh between 5 - 12 oz
- Chuck, Arm & Top Roasts weigh in around 1 3/4 - 2 lbs
True grass-fed beef is very lean and easily over cooked. To achieve maximum tenderness, you may even have to adjust your cooking technique. We highly recommending reading our cooking tips for detailed information on cooking temperatures and tenderizing this wonderful beef in order to maximize your enjoyment.
