Our Charolais cattle peacefully graze about 800 acres of intensive managed high energy, high protein grasses that are free of chemicals.

Pasture Raised

Baldwin beef is pasture-raised and is free of added antibiotics and hormones. We raise our steers in their natural environment – eating what they were designed to eat – grass! The end result is a delicious, all natural, lean halal beef, with many hidden health benefits – the perfect protein for good health.

Preservative Free Halal Beef Certified

Baldwin Charolais Beef is 100% “preservative free” - it is vacuum-sealed and flash frozen at a custom USDA inspected plant and is certified Halal Beef.

Our herd thrives on nutrient-rich, chemical-free pastures, enriched by the organic compost produced on our farm. No chemical fertilizers or pesticides have been applied to them for more than 20 years! Baldwin Charolais Beef is farm-direct. We have complete control of the process --- from conception to consumer.
