An upscale boutique burger concept brought to you by Creative Director Richard Blais (Top Chef runner up) and owner Barry Mills.
The menu fluctuates but typically offers between 15 and 20 different burgers. Burgers made from 100% grass-fed beef are featured on the menu, but the restaurant also offers lamb burgers, a kobe beef burger and an assortment of other non-traditional burger creations. All burgers are served on fluffy brioche buns with home made condiments such as smoked mayo and blue cheese foam. If you prefer, you can even order your burger with a lettuce wrap instead of the bun.
