The extensive menu at Farmers & Fishers includes fresh, farm-sourced, seasonal and regionally inspired dishes made with products grown and harvested through sustainable agricultural practices.
Much like its sister restaurant Founding Farmers, Farmers & Fishers serves only the highest quality products. We strive to source from sustainable agriculture from family farmers and the farmers of the sea as often as possible. Our chefs continuously seek out local and regional partnerships with family producers and artisan purveyors to ensure fresh, unprocessed foods and high quality ingredients in respect of the environment and the earth.
The restaurant is located on the Georgetown Waterfront, on the fountain level of the Washington Harbour complex. There is convenient secured, underground parking with direct access to the restaurant.
Dishes are crafted with influences from the Napa Valley to the coasts of New England, from the great Southwest to the heart of the deep South.
Our original recipes are made with grass fed beef, free-range poultry, line caught fish, and garden-fresh produce. All meat and poultry served at Farmers & Fishers is raised using certified humane practices and without the use of hormones or antibiotics.
