Our animals spend their lives enjoying grass/forages until they are large enough to “finish”, 900-1000 lbs. We spend an additional 60-90 days finishing them on the highest quality forages/hays to fully develop the marbling fat that provides the exceptional taste.
Each cut is hand butchered in a local USDA facility where it is dry-aged for a minimum of 14 days to insure you receive home raised quality in every bite!
