The Colville family has been practicing humane and sustainable ranching with respect for the animals and the environment for over 100 years alongside the Rio Grande of the San Luis Valley. The cows graze freely on open pastures from birth to harvest, enjoying only the diet they were intended to eat: grass.
We butcher once a year for an early December delivery. Order deadline is September 15. We deliver to all of Colorado and the four corners vicinity. Whole, half and quarters available.
