The Albaughs' have been raising grassfed Native Purebred Shorthorn cattle since 1946.  They run about 200 head of cattle, including 150 purebred Shorthorns and 50-60 head of commercial cows.  The cow herd is run on about 400 acres of irrigated pasture.

Albaugh Ranch offers a variety of products and services including cattle for sale (both bulls and heifers) and lamb.

Albaugh Ranch also has semen for sale for those looking to build superior genetics in their Shorthorn herd. Our cattle are in the “Native Program” and can be traced back to the 1820 through the original herd books of the American Shorthorn association.

My wife & I have been enjoying beef from the Albaughs' for about eight years. It's always been tender & juicy and the flavor is fantastic. What you are buying in the grocery stores are pumped full of growth hormones and antibiotics. These animals eat nothing but grass.

A note on the lamb: Personally, I con't care for lamb yet my wife loves it. One day I was grilling a steak for myself and a couple of lamb-chops for her. She offer me a bite. At first I turned up my nose, hen decided, what the heck. It was *almost* as good as my steak!

Also, I can't say enough good things about Norris Albaugh and his family. Honest as the day is long and will never try to pull one over on you. If you're not satisfied, Norris will make it right.
