Purchasing Beef

We are proud to be instrumental in a major conservation effort to preserve one of the world’s rarest breeds of cattle. After more than 16 years of work we are now prepared to offer a limited quantity of this beef for sale. Our cattle are descendants of a group of cattle sent to the United States from Britain during the uncertain times before World War II. You can learn about the health and environmental benefits of grass based agriculture at www.eatwild.com.

The Breed

Ancient White Park cattle are readily identified by their classic style.  The coat is predominantly white with black and occasionally red points.  These are cattle whose past is truly rooted in the mists of antiquity with mention in the earliest historic records of Britain. While historians have disputed whether the cattle are descended from wild aurochs or domestic cattle introduced by the Romans, it is clear that the many of the wild white cattle herds of medieval times originated in the 13th century.

Purchasing Breeding Cattle

We are eager to help new breeders get started with White Park cattle and can tailor a package of animals to fit your situation. We think our prices are very reasonable for registered purebred animals. Please check Updates for information on currently available breeding stock or contact us to discuss your thoughts about starting a breeding program.
