Our cattle are born and raised in the coastal ranges of California.

We have been carrying on a California ranching tradition since 1991 on our ranch in San Juan Bautista and other ranches we lease in the area. In 2006, we formed a limited partnership with Everett Sparling, whose family has been ranching in San Benito County since the 19th century.

Our enjoy a completely organic diet of fresh grass, forbs and legumes, clean water, and, better views than most of us do! We use neither synthetic hormones nor fed antibiotics: our animals grow only as fast as their genetics and the range will allow.

Enhancing Diversity

Our range serves as watersheds and habitat for our livestock as well as other biological communities. We manage our animals so that they enhance the diversity of life on the range, as well as the quality of the water that falls on the range and flows to the towns and sea.

Our desire is to produce health with everything that we do.
