Fresh and Pure

We feature the freshest and purest ingredients available, in a creative and unique style.  Most of our food and drink is locally sourced and/or Organic, and all of it is super good.

Our goal is to serve the best food and drink we can, while minimizing our impact on the Earth, and helping to generate a sustainable local food economy.

Locally Grown Ingredients

We strive to buy our ingredients from reputable, sustainable local sources.  We have a number of farmers around Cincinnati that we work with regularly.  We never buy fish from large scale, commercial "farms".  We never buy anything that we don' feel is of the highest quality, and that means no large Factory "Farms".

Our seafood is caught in the wild, our chickens ran around a real farm and weren't kept in confinement.  Our beef, pork and lamb were born and raised on a real pasture, on a real farm.

Basically, our food is raised the way it's supposed to be, the way it has been done for the previous 10 million years, excluding the small time period from 1940-2010, that will soon be referenced as the chemical age.
