We are a fourth generation farm established in the 1800's. We have a deep rooted love for our land and a passion for beef farming that is evident in our products.
Our farm is a USDA approved 100% Grassfed beef producer and we have our American Grassfed Certification as well. We raise our own replacement heifers for quality control and only purchase un-serviced bulls so not to transmit diseases. Currently we are using five bulls and our herd is Black Angus/ Limo cross. The farm raises its own hay for seasonal feeding and cattle are in the pasture year around. We rotate pasture every three weeks so that cattle are out of that pasture and not returning for 60 plus days between rotation. We use no hormones, animal by-products or other means to fatten or finish our stock. Our processed meat is done by Horrman Meats of Fair Grove, MO and they are USDA, American Grassfed and Animal Welfare Certified processing plant.
